What a magnificent horse "Clumper" is too.

Also glad to hear that you guys have decided to keep Jenni, afterall she is Bill's first baby. It would be hard to let any of them go,

OOOOOhhhh I didn't think of that, yes what a great opportunity to have a Bill x Tobi foal. hehe another one to look out for in the future.

You never know maybe one day I wll send Keely up there

She is doing really well but I have not done anything much with her lately, the weather has not been that great and unfortunately it always seems to rain when i have time off. But it's nice to have the rain just a bit in convinient with it's timing I haven't ridden Silver either so at the moment they are both just expensive pets and worth every cent of course. They don't seem to bothered either. gives her a good chance to do some growing anyway
I gave her mane a bit of a trim the other day coz it's so long and thick, she is looking rather like a welsh pony at the moment. I decided to trim it rather than try to brush through the clumps of mud and pull half of it out, I am no hair dresser and did a bit of a hack job, cut it a bit shorter than I wanted I didn't allow for it being wet when I did it so now she kinda looks like a foal again and has a bit of an afro when it's windy. Lucky hair grows back pretty quick. To save her from total humiliation I trimmed silver's mane too so at least they match. hehe
Oh and good to see "Maj" has gone to a nice home too, I checked out the pics. she will be spoilt rotten by the looks of things.

hehehehe on Keelys hair cut......... lol.........

Ive done the same thing in the past........and gone DOH afterwards...... lol

Like you say though - it does grow back pretty quickly!!! lol.......

Keely is most welcome to come up and visit one of the boys at any stage Probably Bill would be more suitable - I think Tobi will be a bit too big! hehehehe

Yeh, Maj has gone to a great home - Amy will pamper her, and I have known Amy for years, so I know how she looks after her horses She was the one who camped out with me when my Ariella was born - we slept in the tack room next to the stable for 10 nights straight waiting!!! Not a lot of sleep was had I can tell you......mostly yak yak yak about horses and peeking out and telling Astra to get her butt into gear and drop that darn foal already!!

Oh yes it would have to be Bill, could be a bit embarressing if we put her in with Tobi. haha

Well I actually managed to work her yesterday first time in about two months, she was perfect as usual. So I tried long reining her and then after about five minutes I was driving her around the round yard.
I know I keep saying it but she just blows me away!!!
I am sure it's not meant to be this easy, I am so so lucky

she is an absolute Gem, I ask you is there no end to what this little filly can do? she does everything that is asked of her, I just feel like running around screaming " look, look she just learnt something new in five minutes" ha ha

Got any ideas for a show name for her? I have been racking my brains and just can't think of anything. The best I could come up with is
"Simply Keely"
but I think she deserves something special. I figure you guys have named many horses so maybe you got some better ideas than me.

Oh and tell Craig I think we have a contender for the best bucking horse too. She can buck so high it's like she is doing a hand stand, however he wins the ridden bucking horse anyday. The time she bucked with me on her I went splat and broke a rib. hehe
