don't know what to say

I have been in hospital all day today - I have a lump on my breast. They are sure it's not just a fatty lump and that it's cancer.

I had a biopsy.

Sorry, I don't knw what else to say - I'm shit scared and in shock....

I have a history of it in my family, my aunties and grandmother have had major problems with it...but hey, they're still here.

Please try to stay positive......... and if it is cancerous - these days the odds are VERY good.......

I have a history of it in my family (from both sides of my parents family) and they have had it removed, been treated and are going really well..........

I know this is easier said than done.

Give yourself a set period of time a day to stress about it. Thats it, no more.

Now really I am more impressed that you found it, even if its 'just fat' god on you for checking and then getting checked.

Just heard from the doc - gotta go in for another smear test as the one that they did last week has come back with anomality or whatever they call it.

Not my week this week. I have been poked and prodded and have had enough of it all. Plus work is not working out at the moment. Nevermind - I have decided that whatever happenes re my boob lump that if they suggeest that my boob is going they are gonna have a massive fight on their hands cos two years ago I was a 10 A and now I am a 12 D - I ain't losing them! lol!

The last few smears I had were abnormal...happens more than what people realise.

I had to have more tests done (boy they hurt) but got the all clear.

Ok, just lettin everyone know - it came back negative.. but I still have to get rid of the fatty lump cos it's asking for trouble later on. So more drugs for me : )

But still waiting on pap smear test and I'm bleeding too (side effect of some drugs) so I MAY have to go to hospital. Cold handed doc wants me to have a few days off and put my feet off but as it's a new job I really don't want to do that...

So that's me news.

Only just read that...glad it was a good news! whew for sure....it's frightening I know...I have been through with the melonoma on my knee!
